Fawaz Alghamdi is Saudi Water Academy Executive Director at Saline Water Conversion Corporation (SWCC). He has over 25 years of experience as executive leader with solid educational background and substantial experience in leading training & development program in Saudi mega corporations of the caliber of SABIC, Saudi ARAMCO, SWCC as well as ACWA Power in a manner that increases efficiency and productivity. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Fahd University and obtained his master from Australia in Leadership and Information Technology in Training. He is the author in textbooks and speaker in conferences.
