Has 35 years of experience in water resources and environmental management. He served as Water Resources Planner in the Egyptian Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation. Moved to the Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency where promoted to be the first deputy minister and the Chief Executive Officer. He jointed UNDP in 2012 as a water Resources expert.
