The forum is accompanied by a specialized exhibition that runs throughout the forum’s duration, involving all services, products, techniques, and water sector economics, locally and internationally. The exhibition involves the participation of the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, and sister sectors, as well as leading companies and sponsoring entities. This makes the Saudi Water Forum Exhibition a key meeting platform, providing an opportunity for direct communication, showcasing the latest developments, exchanging information, and strengthening partnerships with key stakeholders in the sector.

Stand Inclusions:
- Writing the exhibiting entity’s name in Arabic and English and stand’s number.
- Securing constant power and permanent lighting for a maximum of 10 amperes.
- Daily cleaning of pathways stands and outdoor arenas.
INCREASED BUSINESS SECTOR PARTICIPATION
Participation in the accompanying exhibition of the forum provides an opportunity to showcase commercial offerings or introduce companies and organizations by booking a Commercial Showroom within the exhibition. This can be done by sending invitations to relevant entities, official representatives, or companies participating in the forum’s activities through the forum application. Alternatively, invitations can be extended to specific entities or individuals that the exhibiting party wishes to host as part of the forum proceedings.
