Sébastien Lesur is Head of Operations for SUEZ in the Middle East since 2022. He has more than 20 years of experience in both operations and business development of the water sector in the local French market and overseas, including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Oman and Qatar. He is currently overseeing the Management Operation and Maintenance Contract of the Western Cluster of Saudi Arabia. Acting as project developer and utility manager, he has a strong knowledge in implementing different types of contracts related to water and wastewater services such as management contracts, lease contracts, Operation and Maintenance contracts and concessions. Faced with growing environmental challenges, for more than 160 years, SUEZ has been acting to deliver essential services that protect and improve the quality of life.
